Albuquerque to Four Corners Monument

The Four Corners monument is a great place to visit for a full day ride. Head up to Farmington from Albuquerque, then pass through Shiprock and a few miles of Arizona and you'll be at the monument.

There isn't much to do out there, but it's a fun way to spend an afternoon riding on the open New Mexico roads.

If you want to make a weekend out of it, you could go up and visit the Mesa Verde cliff dwellings near Durango, CO.
