Fertig's Route 1
Tried to come up with a bit different of a route then our usual down to mountainer, through belen, etc. So this goes up 14 to madrid, then back down to moriarity, then over back up 337. It pieces together two parts of my other favorite rides. Hey if youre feeling good you can throw a crest run in there! It should be nice since you get some twisties up 14 first with a nice break down on 41, then you get to finish strong through the mountain on 337. If you need a quicker ride, then just skip the last part and pop on 40 back to ABQ. Let's Ride!!!!

Great way to get out of Albuquerque
I just got back from this ride. It took a couple hours to complete, but was a really nice ride. There was a nice mix of scenery. You had the mountain and curvy roads as well as some straight plains areas.
It was a little chilly and windy today, but it was still a nice ride. Just be careful because the speed limit can drop from 55 to 35 very quick when you come into the small towns.
