Glacier National Park
My buddy and I ride Kawasaki KLR Adventures, there cheap they get you where you want and they’re easy to work on. Our trip started in Boulder, Colorado and ended in Glacier National Park, Montana. This trip was planned for two weeks, we carried everything with us we thought we needed for camping and what not. Just like any other trip I’ve done we had to stop at a Wal-Mart along the way due to stuff we forgot. Just one thing to keep in mind if you do this the Glacier National Park is open from June through October, the spectacular Going-to-the-Sun Road winds 52 miles through stunning glacial scenery, crossing the Continental Divide at Logan Pass. As we hiked the trails and ventured on them to steal glimpses of the heart of this majestic wilderness and its abundant wildlife, including bears, elk, moose and bighorn sheep. If I had to do this over again I would rather have taken a camper so that I had A/C and a heater at night. I have also switched out the seat since this ride as the one that came with hit soon hit the trash.
