We stayed at the Royal Resorts The Royal Haciendas for a week, we were going to rent a Harley Davidson Motorcycle for the day when we went down to Akumal to go snorkeling. The Harley Davidson Motorcycle shop was about half way to Akumal so we just kept the rental car. Although it would have been a nice ride, the morning was cool and the afternoon was warm. On the other hand I’m glad we didn’t, as there is a lot of sand and loose gravel in the road due to construction. We did manage to find a nice spot to find some turtles and fish. And a nice place that had freezing cold beer.
